Art. 7 RIGHTS TO ACCESS PERSONAL INFORMATION AND OTHER RIGHTS
1. Interested parties have the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or not of their own personal information, even if not yet registered, and communication of same information in a comprehensible manner.
2. The interested party has the right to know:
- the origin of the personal information;
- the treatment purpose and means;
- the logic applied if treatment is carried out with the help of electronic instruments;
- the identification extremes of the proprietor, the people in charge, and the representative designated in compliance with article 5 comma 2;
- the subjects or categories of subject to which the personal information can be communicated, or who can be informed of it because delegated representative of people in charge or others in the territory of the State.
3. The interested party has the right to obtain:
- information updating, correction and, whenever of interest, integration;
- information cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blockage in violation of law, including that information which does not need to be kept in relation to the purposes for which same information was collected or subsequently treated;
- certification that the operations indicated in points a) and b) and their content have been brought to the knowledge of those to whom the data was communicated or spread, excluding cases in which same execution is impossible or causes the use of means that are greatly disproportionate to the protected right.
4. The interested party has the right to oppose, in whole or in part:
- to the treatment of their own personal information that still pertain to the purpose of collection for legitimate reasons;
